Handling most debtors, credit card debt relief by programs other than Chapter 13 should not take that for years and years. Taking into account that everyone’s money pickle is unique, but many situations should’nt take that long if the structure they enroll into is the best one for them. A program in which it will take that long means either there is a more ideal program out there that will meet your needs, or that bankruptcy is more than likely your best viable solution.
