17 Sep 2009Babies shouldn’t sleep with pillows until they are over one year of age even though it is cute to get both a quilt and pillow to match the bedding. The use of a blanket is not recommended for infants, so it could be a money saver to go without the costly comforter sets. When your child is older, evaluate his bedding needs then instead of spending the money now. Also, when you do choose a comforter for your child’s bedding consider getting a duvet cover which will make washing much easier.
In spite of the truth that crib bumpers are known to have minimal usage, they are always a part of the baby bedding set. While some believe crib bumpers minimize drafts and protect the baby from hazards, they pose a much more serious danger of entanglement or suffocation.
